Regular swimming pool maintenance is essential if you want to enjoy swimming in a clean fresh pool. Daily and weekly cleaning can easily be aided with the use of a comprehensive swimming pool maintenance kit.
We have three different sizes of swimming pool maintenance starter cleaning kits available to suit various sizes of pools; small, medium and large. All of our maintenance kit sizes share the same cleaning components which consists of a Heavy Duty Swimming Pool Deep Leaf Rake, a Liner Weighted Vacuum Head, 18 inch Flexible Floor and Wall Cleaning Brush, Aluminium Pool Shallow Water Skimmer, in addition to the following equipment ;
Small Maintenance kits are supplied with 1.8m to 3.6m Adjustable Maintenance Pole and 9m Vacuum Hose.
Medium Maintenance Kits are supplied with 2.4m to 4.8m Adjustable Maintenance Pole and 12m Vacuum Hose.
Large Maintenance Kits are supplied with 2.4m to 4.8m Adjustable Maintenance Pole and 15m Vacuum Hose.
Our maintenance kits rely on the suction of your swimming pools filtration system to suck debris from the pools floor, all of the interchangeable cleaning components are easily changeable and attach directly to the end of the maintenance pole.
For example, to vacuum your swimming pools floor you would fill the vacuum hose with water (TIP : hold over inlet jets to fill up quickly and push out any trapped air) and then connect to your pools skimmer or dedicated vacuum point, adjusting your media tanks 6 way valve and swimming pools ball valves accordingly to regulate the suction power required for cleaning at these suction points. Next connect vacuum head to end of vacuum hose and deep end of maintenance pole, you are ready to start vacuuming your pool in a gentle and methodical mannor, either to waste if extremely dirty, or to filtration, in which case you will need to backwash and rinse your media tank afterwards as all the debris you suck up will be trapped in your media tank.
