Plastica Wooden Pools are delivered to your door as kits, most competent, able DIY'ers will be able to assemble and install these pools without having to purchase specialised tools. If you can assemble a garden shed and have the tools to do it for example, then there should be no reason why you would not be able to assemble a Plastica Wooden Pool Kit.
Although the recommended base is concrete, you may choose to construct your pool on undisturbed subsoil. You must satisfy yourself that your site conditions are suitable. If your site is wet and prone to ground water or flooding use a concrete base.
