Your Swimming Pool Winter Debris Cover should be rolled and tied up ready for collection, alternatively, if you still have your original storage bag that came with your cover it is best to transport it in that, in any case, it will nead to be available clean and dry with all springs removed.
Should you choose not to proceed with a repair or order a replacement cover from us once we have collected, inspected and quoted your cover for repair, only your original deposit will be retained to cover the costs already incurred.
Covers needing repair should be made available for collection during the ‘off-season’ (before 1st August) We may not be able to repair covers between the months of September and November, so please call us first during those months to check floor availability.
