This Intelligent Immestar Swimming Pool Alarm module was developed in France to comply with the strict French Safety Laws that govern the ownership and use of private an dpublic outdoor in-ground swimming pools in France.
The product is fully certified to comply with the AFNOR NF standard P90-307 / A1 by the National Laboratory of Tries(Essays) and Metrology and when used correctly in accordance with regulation enhances safety in and around an outdoor in-ground swimming pool.
The systems built in control panel illuminates it current mode of detection by means of flashing LED’s, it automatically sets the alarm module to surveillance mode 15 minutes after you have finished bathing when your pools water has calmed down and deciphers the sound signals in your pool so that it knows not to set off false alarms for water movements caused by wind.
The modules compact ABS design allows the unit to simply sit outside on the side of any surface pool.
This alarm system is suitable for in-ground swimming pools upto around 12m by 5m in size as it can protect water up to 7m away from its built in sensor, if you have a larger Pool then you simply buy another alarm unit, or as many as you need to be assured of total protection, please see our layout diagram above for recommended positions of where best to locate your Immestar Swimming Pool Alarm Module along your pools surface edge to get the most protection.
