How will my order be delivered  ?

Depending on your delivery postcode, your orders value, weight and size, the delivery service you choose, we will either route your goods to you via one of our secure courier delivery agents or aboard one of our own vehicles.

Do I have to sign for my delivery ?

Our delivery agents will require a signature for your order from a person over the age of 18 as proof of receipt. Whilst we recommend you sign and check your own goods on arrival, a specified signature from the recipient is not required.

What time will my order arrive ?

There are various delivery services available to you depending on your exact requirements and location, (please see the table guide below for further information). We are unable to specify an exact time that your order will arrive as delivery slots are allocated as all day. If you miss our delivery agent or vehicle, we will try to deliver your order again sometime during the next working day, if we still miss you, we will leave you a contact card. However, if you call us immediately after you have placed your order on 0845 680 0854 we can normally arrange an, any weekday morning delivery, for an extra £5 for those of you that cannot wait in all day.

Can I collect my order in person ?

Due to stock size, weight and various stock holding locations, we also ship orders directly to customers from various other partner suppliers / manufacturers / importers warehouses, it is therefore not always possible for customers to collect their orders in person from us. Why do we ask for a contact number ?

Whilst we do not insist that you give us your contact number, it always helps to have more information to hand than not enough. We will only use your telephone number to assist with the delivery / processing of your order, maybe our driver cannot find your exact address, maybe we need to speak to you urgently about your order

HOT TUBS / SPAS / WOODEN & LARGER POOLS

How will my Hot Tub / Spa Heavy Item be delivered ?

Our stock hot tubs and larger pools are usually delivered directly to our customers in around 5 to 10 working days. Bespoke factory orders usually take around 6 to 8 weeks to be made and delivered.  Unless special arrangements have been agreed prior to order and delivery, hot tubs / larger pools, along with any other heavy/large items such as covers etc, will in most circumstances be delivered by one of our larger 30' vehicles to the kerbside nearest your property. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that our larger vehicles can access their delivery points without delay and that their goods are then moved promptly so that they do not block or cause an obstruction to any public right of way, Fun Fantastic (UK) Ltd, or any of our partner suppliers/ delivery agents will not accept any responsibility for your goods causing any obstruction once they have been off loaded and delivered to you.
